I work with compassion to support you with present challenges, past experiences and life transitions. I am a warm and non-judgemental collaborative therapist who can help you feel comfortable to open up and make lasting changes, increase self understanding and move on from past distress. 
I can help with mental health issues, recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences and help you develop better understanding of yourself and your choices.

Including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative, Arts and EMDR Therapy for recovery and support for mental health issues, as well as, accidents, injury, health concerns, grief and loss, migration and relocation, pregnancy and parenting, traumatic experiences and life transitions.

I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Medicare Provider with training in evidence based treatment therapies. My education and training includes:

Bachelor of Social Work (Monash University)
Master of Creative Arts Therapy (RMIT University)
Graduate Diploma Environment and Sustainability (Monash University)
